It was such an honor to capture the story of Kyle and Lauren’s wedding day. These two pour out so much of their lives to serve others and their impact will extend for generations.
Not only was their wedding at Summerour a celebration of them coming together, but it was also remembering Lauren’s grandmother who hand made the veil, belt, and headpiece. Her grandmother was there as they picked out Lauren’s dress from Bridals by Lori, but she had unfortunately passed before the wedding day. It was an emotional moment as Lauren’s mom helped her with the belt and they remembered their incredibly talented Gigi. The story was so touching, that their wedding will actually be highlighted on an upcoming episode of Say Yes To The Dress. Juli Vaughn did an incredible job bringing together all the details, and it was so good to finally have the chance to work together.
Thanks so much Kyle and Lauren for letting me be part of your wedding day! It’s a joy to know you both and to serve alongside each other in student ministry. You set the bar on what it looks like to serve and honor others and point people to Jesus. Also, thanks for being so passionate about the vision behind Love Gives Way and desiring to give back to those affected by sex trafficking in our own city through your wedding day. Just another example of how intentional you both are through every aspect of your lives.
