Michael and Lauren gave me a taste of adventure with a wedding couple that I hope to replicate with many more future couples. As we sat and talked about the look, feel, and location for their engagement session, Lauren mentioned that it would be a dream to shoot out in Colorado. After learning that I would be out there climbing a mountain later that year, we aligned schedules and spent 2 full days shooting in and around the Spanish Peaks in southern Colorado.
While it’s easier to allow for plenty of time for an engagement session, the wedding day can become pretty jam packed allowing for little time for photography. However, Michael and Lauren placed a high priority on making sure we had ample time to capture their story and create images they could cherish forever. I’m so grateful they did!
