If there’s three things that Ali and Kosta love above all else it would be the people in their lives, animals, and having a good time. So of course, when it came to their wedding day, all three of those would be on full display. From their engagement session to their wedding day, Ali and Kosta made me feel as though I was part of their crew. They are so intentional and love everyone around them so well. I couldn’t have asked for better clients to serve!

Ali and Kosta both went to UGA where they were student athletes with Ali being on the equestrian team and Kosta playing football. With their shared love of animals, it was no surprise that they were well represented from their engagement shoot to their cocktail hour. These animals included horses, sheep, a donkey, rabbits, goats, ducks, and even a baby cow. New rule to future clients – animals are a must!

Given Kosta’s greek heritage, they celebrated their wedding with a Greek ceremony at St. Philothea Greek Orthodox Church with their reception following at The Farm at High Shoals. I love the traditions that other cultures bring to their celebrations and one of my favorite from this day was the imagery of showering blessing on the couple by throwing money during the dancing. These moments created some of my favorite images from the day.

Thank you Ali and Kosta for trusting me to capture this season of your life!
