Sometimes as a wedding photographer, you get blessed with the most insane, ridiculous lighting ever. Well that’s exactly what I experienced with Katherine and Odie for about a 30 minute window at sunset during their wedding in North Georgia at the Montaluce Vineyard. It seemed like the light drastically changed about every five minutes and what resulted were some of my favorite golden hour wedding couple portraits ever. Add an incredible party with a great group of family and friends and an exit in a helicopter and you get a wedding day i’m sure to never forget.
I was able to first meet Katherine and Odie during their engagement session out in Colorado where they currently reside. I had a great time getting to know them and creating some stunning images around the Flat Irons and atop Flagstaff Mountain outside of Boulder.
Thanks so much Katherine and Odie for trusting me to capture this season of your lives and thank you to the incredible vendor team who made this day so beautiful!
