This wedding hit a little different. Katelyn is basically family to us and our family loves her family. My wife, Jenica, and Katelyn have had a close relationship ever since Katelyn was in the youth group we served with back when I used to do student ministry full time. We basically watched her grow up and mature since high school and have been so grateful for the opportunity to pour into her life. She then spent awhile pouring into our kids as a volunteer on Sunday mornings at our church.

Katelyn first met Nathan when they shared the same small group at a college aged ministry event called Passion Conference. Despite him being from Missouri and her Georgia, life would eventually lead them together and they began dating long distance. The relationship matured, they wrote each other a lot of letters which you will see sitting in frames and displayed at their wedding in a photo below, and through that process fell in love. We loved getting to know Nathan better with every trip he took to come visit Katelyn and we are so excited for the life they are building together!

Thank you Katelyn and Nathan for trusting me with this season of your lives from your engagement session to your wedding day. I loved getting to document it all and we wish you both nothing but the best!
